Paul Matthams
Board Chair
A lawyer with over 30 years of experience in trusts and estate law, Paul serves high-net-worth clients with distinction. An Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey and former Head of Private Wealth at Carey Olsen, he is a seasoned Board Member and a devoted arts advocate. A passionate organist and chorister, Paul is currently a partner at Seymour Law, blending professional excellence with a love for music.
William Bennett
Director
An executive, solicitor, and mediator, William is also a gifted photographer. He began his legal career at Rakisons before founding Garfield Bennett in 1995, where he spent decades providing specialised offshore advisory services to a global clientele. His firm now thrives as part of the Summit Group. William brings a unique perspective, combining legal precision with a lifelong appreciation for the creative arts.
Toni James
Director & Founder
A celebrated pianist acclaimed by The New York Times and Gramophone, Toni brings extensive leadership from roles at the Jersey Opera House, CREATE Paisley and Music in Action. Having performed for luminaries like Sean Connery, she has also held professorships at San Diego State University and the University of Liverpool. In 2026, she became Executive Director of Sound Waves, overseeing impactful programs like Mendelssohn on Mull and Mull Music Makers.
